Ingredients
- Puffed rice/Pori – 2 cups
- Green chutney- 2 tsp
- Sweet chutney- 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Carrot- 1
- Cucumber- 1
- Pomegranate- 1/4 cup
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Peanuts (otional) – 2 tbsp
- Papdi – 10
- Sev- 1/2 cup
Method
- Preparation: Finely chop onions, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, coriander leaves and keep all the ingredients ready. To a large mixing bowl, add green chutney, sweet chutney, red chilli powder and chaat masala.


2. Add all the vegetables along with pomegranate and lemon juice to it and mix well.


3. Add the puffed rice to it and mix gently.


4. Roughly break the papdi and add to it along with peanuts and mix well.


5. Finally add sev and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate. Serve immediately for fresh and crisp bhel puri. Delicious, flavourful and healthy bhel puri is ready to eat.
