Ingredients
- Banana – 1 (long variety)
- Chilled milk – 1 cup
- Sugar/ Honey – 1 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch (to enhance the sweetness)
- Caramel sauce – 1 tsp (optional for garnish)
Directions
- Chop the banana and add the pieces to a blender along with sugar, salt and milk and make a smooth puree.
- Transfer to glass and garnish with caramel syrup if desired and consume immediately. Delicious Banana Milkshake is ready to serve!
