This comes handy for a refreshing and tasty juice; simply blend the mango with sugar and water. Ingredients

  • Mango – 1 large (OR) Mango pulp – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Ice cubes – 3

Directions

  1. Chop mango as shown and add the pieces to a blender along with sugar and ice cubes and make a smooth puree. If you are using store bought mango pulp, simply blend the pulp with less sugar and ice.
  2. Add water to dilute the juice and mix well.
  3. Filter it through a strainer to remove fibers. If the consistency is too thick, add required quantity of water and mix. Transfer to glass and enjoy. Delicious Maaza is ready to serve!

Notes

  • Always use sweet variety mango like alphonsa or banganapalli for the best taste.
  • You can also add few drops of lemon juice for tangy taste.
  • Adjust sugar and water according to taste.
